The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Hamra Street, making it super convenient to access supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. While the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel, with significant room for improvement. The breakfast options were also quite limited, which was disappointing given the overall price.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the vibrant heart of Hamra, surrounded by shops and cafes. My room was clean and well-equipped, but the noise from the streets made it tough to sleep at night. The staff were really kind and went out of their way to help me, but the breakfast options left a bit to be desired. Overall, while the value for money was decent, I'd hesitate to stay here again if I needed a quiet place.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa D'or, where the service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond. The location is perfect for exploring Hamra, with everything just a short walk away.
